This project encompassed the renovation of an occupied sales floor, requiring careful planning and execution to minimize disruption to business operations. Work included the addition of a chiller-loop filtration system to enhance the efficiency and reduce downtime of the HVAC cooling systems, an automated conference queuing system to streamline the scheduling and management of meetings, and self-performance of all flooring installations.
